My first trip into the PRC.

These were both some of the first photos I took on my big trip, and the first I scanned later, so they suffered badly from various rookie mistakes I made. I've put in considerable effort to restore the negatives, cleaning up scratches and artifacts and washed out colours, with moderate results.

All these were taken on a Canon AE-1 using print film, most commonly with a 50mm lens but occasionally a 24mm or 70-210mm.
